Returns & Exchanges

We hope you have enjoyed your shopping experience and are highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website, however if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.

How do I return my product?

Any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition.

Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered please notify us within 7 days.

We can arrange the collection of your product using our courier partners (where possible, please see free returns & exchanges) or you're more than welcome to arrange return of the product yourself if this is more convenient.

Please contact us for further details before sending any of your items back. Please include a note with your returned product, including your name, reference number, address, telephone number and reason for return.

How do I exchange my product?

You're welcome to exchange any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition.

Whether your bean bag isn't the right size for your room or the colour doesn't quite match the decor, we'll make it as easy as possible to exchange your bean bag.

We can arrange a doorstep exchange of your product using our courier partners (where possible, please see free returns & exchanges). You're more than welcome to arrange return of the product yourself if this is more convenient and we'll then send the replacement item by return.

If you're exchanging to a more expensive item, you'll need to pay the price difference (between your original item and the new one) before we can arrange the exchange.

If you're exchanging to a less expensive item, we'll refund the price difference back to your original payment method once we receive your original item back.

Please contact us for further details before sending any of your items back. Please include a note with your returned product, including your name, reference number, address, telephone number, reason for exchange and details which items you'd like in exchange.

Free returns & exchanges

For your peace of mind, we offer a free returns and exchange service to customers on the UK Mainland.

Simply get in touch with us to discuss your return/collection, and we'll arrange the rest!

If you'd like to return your item, our courier partners will collect the item from you and bring it straight back to us.

For exchanges, our courier partners offer a doorstep exchange service where they'll drop off your new item and collect the old one from you at the same time!

Please note that these services are only available on weekdays (excluding bank holidays), however we will do everything possible to schedule the return or exchange for a date which is convenient for you.

Exchanges are limited to one free doorstep exchange per order.
