Returns & Exchanges

We hope you have enjoyed your shopping experience and are highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website, however if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.


Any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. You can arrange collection with a local courier of your choice, however if you are unable to return the items yourself (or you’d simply prefer us to organise it for you) we can arrange to have the items collected. There is a charge for this service and the cost will depend on which items you need to return.

Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered please notify us within 7 days.

Please contact us for further details before sending any of your items back. Once items are ready to be returned to us please include a note with return/exchange information, this includes your name, reference number, address, telephone number and reason for return/exchange. Also note which product you would like in exchange if this is the reason for your return.


Common reasons for returns/exchanges are that the beanbag proves to be bigger than imagined or the colour doesn't quite go with your decor! We include dimensions and colour swatch images for all of our bean bags, along with visual size guides where possible and free fabric samples, but just in case you receive your bean bag and it's not quite right we're here to help.

Need a different colour / fabric?

All you'll need to do is send us back your original cover (for most covers you'll be able to send it fairly inexpensively with Royal Mail) and we'll then send out your new cover upon receipt of the original - It's that simple!

Need a different size?

If you need a larger size we will normally ask you to send us back the original cover, pay the price difference between the original and larger bean bag, and we'll then send out the larger cover plus the extra beans required.

If you need a smaller size you can either send us back the original cover plus the surplus beans and we'll then send out the smaller cover and refund the difference, or you can keep the extra beans as top ups to use in the future and we'll deduct the value of these (currently £5 per sack) from the refund amount. We recommend contacting us to discuss downgrades so that we can work out the best option for you!

Doorstep Exchange Service

We also offer an easy on doorstep exchange, where our couriers will collect your item at the same time as delivering your new item. Please note that there is a small charge for this service and the cost will depend on which items need to be exchanged. Please contact us for further details on this service.
