We hope you have enjoyed your shopping experience and are highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website, however if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.

How do I return my product?

Any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition.

Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered please notify us within 7 days.

We can arrange the collection of your product using our courier partners (this may be chargeable unless your order qualifies for a free return) or you're more than welcome to arrange return of the product yourself if this is more convenient.

Please contact us for further details before sending any of your items back. Please include a note with your returned product, including your name, reference number, address, telephone number and reason for return.

How do I exchange my product?

You're welcome to exchange any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition.

Whether your bean bag isn't the right size for your room or the colour doesn't quite match the decor, we'll make it as easy as possible to exchange your bean bag.

We can arrange the collection of your product using our courier partners (this may be chargeable unless your order qualifies for a free exchange), or you're welcome to arrange return of the product yourself if this is more convenient.

We'll then send the replacement product to you once the original product has been received back and checked by our team.

If you're exchanging to a more expensive item, you'll need to pay the price difference (between your original item and the new one) before we can arrange the exchange.

If you're exchanging to a less expensive item, we'll refund the price difference back to your original payment method once we receive your original item back.

Please contact us for further details before sending any of your items back. Please include a note with your returned product, including your name, reference number, address, telephone number, reason for exchange and details which items you'd like in exchange.

Free returns & exchanges

For your peace of mind, we offer a free returns and exchange service to customers on the UK Mainland.

If you'd like to return your item, our courier partners will collect the item from you and bring it straight back to us.

For exchanges, we will arrange for our courier partners to collect your current product and return it to us.

Once the current product has been collected and delivered back to us, we'll arrange to have the new product delivered to you on a date that's convenient.

Update 21/09/2020 - From 1st October 2020 we will no longer be offering collection and delivery on the same day.

Contact us if you'd like to arrange an exchange or return, of if you need any further information.

Please note that these services are only available on weekdays (excluding bank holidays), however we will do everything possible to schedule the return or exchange for a date which is convenient for you.

UK Mainland only. Exchanges are limited to one free exchange per order.
