Exchanges & Returns

We hope you have enjoyed your shopping experience and are highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website, however if you need to return an item to us then we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.

How do I exchange / return my product?

Exchanges

For your peace of mind, we offer a free exchange service to customers on the UK mainland.

You're welcome to exchange any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) for any reason within 14 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition (i.e. brand new and unused) and has all tags and labels still attached.

Whether your bean bag isn't the right size for the room or the colour doesn't quite match the decor, we'll make it as easy as possible to exchange your bean bag. We’ll even cover the courier costs to get your new product to you and take the old one away.

If you're exchanging to a more expensive item, you'll need to pay the price difference (between your original item and the new one) before we can arrange the exchange.

If you're exchanging to a less expensive item, we'll refund the price difference back to your original payment method once we receive your original item back.

Free exchange: UK Mainland only. One free exchange per order. Not available to commercial/business customers. Excludes refills and bean bag netting.

Returns

You're welcome to return any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) for any reason within 14 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition (i.e. brand new and unused) and has all tags and labels still attached.

You are responsible for arranging the return of the items and for any costs involved. Couriers such as DPD Local (and some others on comparison sites like Parcel2Go) offer a door-to-door delivery service ideal for larger parcels.

If you return an item to us, please ensure that you include a note including your name, reference number, address, telephone number and reason for return.
