Worldwide delivery

Due to the huge variety of sizes of bean bags that we offer, we are currently unable to provide automatic shipping quotes to worldwide destinations.

Please contact us with your address and a list of bean bags that you'd like (style, size, quantity) and we'll send over a shipping quote ASAP.

When will my order be dispatched?

For orders placed on a weekday before the cut-off time (normally 10am*), we can manufacture and dispatch your order on the same day!

If you place your order over a weekend, we can dispatch your order on the next working day.

Some of our products take longer to manufacture and we therefore can't dispatch them on the same day. These include:

  • Real Leather Bean Bags
  • Faux Fur Bean Bags
  • Medical Bean Bags
  • Some Printed Bean Bags

We'll let you know if the product you'd like to order takes longer to make, both on the product page and during the checkout process.

You will always be offered the earliest available delivery date during the checkout process.

* As we make each bean bag to order, the cut-off time for same day dispatch can vary from day to day due to demand.

How will my products be delivered?

Wherever possible we will deliver your product pre-filled, ready to use once removed from the outer packaging, however some of our larger bean bags need self-assembly once delivered

Self-assembly items are supplied as the outer cover with several separate sacks of filling. Simply insert the whole sacks of filling in to the outer cover (don't open the sacks up!) and zip the cover up afterwards - No mess, no fuss!

Self-assembly items are shown in the 'Product Sizing' section of each product page.

For deliveries to non-mainland destinations, the majority of our bean bags are supplied self-assembly due to restrictions from our courier partners. This includes sizes which aren't listed as self-assembly on their product page.

What happens if I'm not in for the delivery?

If no one is home when our courier partners attempt delivery they will usually leave a card listing their contact details and available redelivery options.

DPD Local will contact you by email and/or text message with details of your redelivery options.

If you do not get in touch with the courier partner within 3 days they may return your order to us. A further delivery charge may then be applicable for redelivery.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

We're happy to send your order an address other than your billing address (e.g. work address, relative).

You can enter the alternate delivery address during the checkout process when ordering. Please ensure that you include a telephone number for the delivery address to avoid delays.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

In the interest of fraud prevention, we reserve the right to query alternate delivery addresses where necessary.

Which couriers do you use?

We use a range of hand-picked courier partners to ensure a quick and friendly delivery service to you, wherever you are.

Our main partners are DPD Local, DX Delivery and TNT for deliveries within the British Isles.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are conducted by MF Logistics and Countrywide.

We generally use DPD for European and worldwide deliveries, however this can vary depending on the location.

General delivery information and restrictions

  • Delivery times are subject to stock availability.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military facilities (including BFPO) or communal postal addresses.
  • All of our courier partners require someone aged 18 or over present at the time of delivery to provide a signature.
  • Our courier partners work throughout the day, so your order may arrive any time between 7am and 7pm.
  • We may need to dispatch your order with multiple courier partners and/or over multiple days, however we will notify you in advance if this is the case.

Large and bulk deliveries

To ensure that our courier partners provide an excellent service to all of our customers, delivery of large and bulk orders work slightly differently:

  • There is a limit to the number of parcels that can be sent to a single destination each day (due to van capacities, etc).
  • If your order is larger than this limit, we may need to dispatch your order with multiple courier partners and/or over multiple days.
  • Where a large/bulk order is required urgently and delivery over multiple days isn't viable, we can offer a dedicated single day delivery however this may be chargable.
