Bespoke Builds & Giant Props - Pippa Hale: Pet Project
One of our more unusual collaborations involved creating giant, soft sculptural forms for artist Pippa Hale's Pet Project, exhibited at The Bowes Museum in County Durham in 2025. Bringing these oversized designs to life demonstrates the versatility of our manufacturing skills, from complex shapes and large-scale construction to printed fabrics and unconventional soft furnishings.

Everyman - Outdoor Cinema & Events
We've worked with Everyman on numerous events, producing bean bags in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours, from intimate outdoor screenings to large-scale cinema experiences. Malibu - Bespoke Pineapple Bean Bag
A completely bespoke creation for Malibu, designed and manufactured to resemble a giant pineapple. Featuring quilted yellow fabric, a sculpted green crown and prominent Malibu branding, the project involved complex pattern cutting, specialist padding and carefully constructed three-dimensional details. A great example of how we can turn an imaginative concept into a fully functional, branded piece of furniture.
Curzon Cinema
Curzon Cinema - Luxury Leather Furniture
Our work for Curzon Cinema demonstrates that our manufacturing capabilities extend well beyond traditional bean bags. We produced bespoke furniture and soft furnishings for a rooftop bar, including large, upholstered seating in genuine leather. Combining precision cutting, specialist upholstery and carefully finished stitching, the project required a high standard of craftsmanship to complement its premium surroundings.

Lambrini - Branded Event Seating
For a Lambrini promotional event, we produced custom-branded bean bags in the brand's distinctive pink and purple colours. Featuring prominent logos, the seating complemented the surrounding promotional displays and provided relaxed spaces for visitors. An example of how straightforward product customisation, colour matching and branding can bring an event together.
Crabbie's
Crabbie's - Giant Fruit Bean Bags
For Crabbie's, we created a collection of oversized bean bags shaped like strawberries, complete with contrasting colours, decorative seeds, fabric leaves and branded labels. These were far from standard bean bags, requiring bespoke patterns and additional manufacturing detail. Used at outdoor events, they combined practical seating with a playful design that made the products part of the attraction.
Cancer Research UK
Cancer Research UK - Branded Event Seating
We supplied Cancer Research UK with our classic Retro bean bags, customised in blue with the charity's distinctive logo. Used in large numbers at an outdoor event, they provided comfortable, informal seating for visitors. This project demonstrates how our standard bean bag designs can be adapted with custom colours and branding for larger events, without the need for entirely bespoke manufacturing.
Hack Day London
Hack Day London - Conference & Event Seating
For Hack Day London, we supplied a large number of colourful bean bags to create an informal, flexible seating environment. Replacing rows of conventional chairs with comfortable, movable seating helped accommodate presentations, discussions and collaborative working. A practical example of how bean bags can transform the atmosphere and layout of a corporate or technology event.

Ocati - Giant Passion Fruit Bean Bags
For Ocati, we created fully bespoke bean bags designed to look like giant passion fruits, complete with a detailed cross-section showing the fruit's colourful interior. Using full-colour digital fabric printing and custom pattern cutting, we reproduced the distinctive appearance of the product in an oversized, functional form. A striking example of combining creative design with specialist textile printing.
Boundless
Boundless - Giant Crisp Packet Bean Bags
For Boundless, we manufactured oversized bean bags designed to resemble giant packets of crisps. Using full-colour digital fabric printing, we recreated the packaging artwork across the fabric to produce distinctive promotional seating. The finished pieces combined product branding with comfortable, practical furniture, helping turn everyday packaging into something much more memorable for events and promotions.

From Concept to Reality in 5 Steps
- We start by getting to know you and establishing how you found us.
- Next we discuss your product requirements, budget, volume and application, consider your specific printing needs, and confirm the design, colour and fabrics of your branded bean bags.
- With a brief established, we then identify the perfect personalisation printing method for your project.
