Delivery (full delivery information)

Do you deliver to my address?

As we use courier services to deliver our bean bags, we are able to deliver almost anywhere worldwide! Exceptions include PO Boxes, military bases (including BFPO) and communal postal addresses.
Please contact us if you would like to confirm prior to ordering.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For orders placed by 10am on a working weekday we will aim to dispatch your order on the same day. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is not possible (due to out of stock fabric, etc).

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

You certainly can! During the checkout process you have the option to specify a different delivery address, simply fill in this option and we'll make sure your order is shipped to that address.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

The Courier will usually leave a card stating the date and time they called. Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. This will incur a delivery charge to you.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the day when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us.
A signature will be required by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery. Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 6pm.


Returns & Exchanges (Full Returns Information)

Can I return my bean bag?

Any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition.

Can I exchange my bean bag if I want a different colour/fabric/size?

We're very flexible with exchanges and will work with you to make sure that you have the bean bag that's just right for you!
